House of Cheese

One year ago today, my favorite football team in the whole worlds became the World Champions for the first time ever. That's almost as big as the first time I climbed down a set of stairs all by myself. Ok, maybe it's bigger.

Anyway, last night the year-long reign of the Saints came to an end when a team whose fans dress themselves with big wedges of cheese won the Super Bowl. I has to say.. I's OK with that! Me and the LuLu bug watched the game at the House of Cheese!

What, you's asking yourself, is "The House of Cheese"? I's gonna tell you. It's the most perfect place in the world for a puggie. There is a man there who will give you cheese - every time you go there. Not like one measley piece of cheese either. We gets cheese, cheese and more cheese! Sometimes LuLu even steals cheese when she thinks nobody is looking!

Me and the LuLu bug have been there a few times now. It's right next door to our house, so we's trying to figure out how to get out of our house when the Momma isn't home so we can go there withouts her.

Last night I trieds to stay there when it was time to go home, but my plans were foiled. Next time I's gotta get LuLu to make the Momma think she has both of us when she leaves. Hmmm.. maybe we can dress up Tiger like me......

In other news, we's had some sunshiney days. We took pictures. Enjoys!

Harry Pugalicious Defies Ayattolah, Offers Assylum to Stuffies

In a stunning development this evening, Harry Pugalicious has defied the great Ayatollah Mugsy and offered political assylum to stuffies being held captive at the leader's compound.

A statement was issued from Harry who spent much of the day contemplating this move in between naps. "It is with great sadness that I's defying the Ayatollah's leadership, but I has to admit that he seems to be crazy with the power." Harry also said he suspects it may be the influence of the leader's brother Wendell, and he hopes the Ayatollah will soon come to terms with this and discipline the young pug.

"I can relates to having a new pug come in and act all crazy, but as the alpha, you must put your paw down!", said Harry Pugalicious.

Harry has long been known for his kind treatment of stuffies. He meets daily with all of his stuffies and keeps two to three with him at all times for consultation and comfort.

We will continue to update you with any new developments in this ongoing power struggle.

Tallulah Thursday (Since we missed Tuesday)

I'm sure you've all missed me terribly, and for that I apologize on behalf of my mean Mom.

She abandoned me and Tubby at our grandparents' house for a week. That's right a WEEK! 6 days and 7 nights, pugs. That's a LONG time. You would think she would be extra nice to me after that, right? Well, think again.

Last night she tried to frame me and tell the blog world that I was playing with things I shouldn't. I may or may not have accidentally grabbed a glove when I was playing with my mousie. Well, Mom got the camera and made a video hoping to catch that little mistake again.

See, innocent!

(Note from Mom and Harry - notice how she grabs the mesh bag for washing delicates at the end? She's not so innocent...)

Rescues, Snow & Ice

Hey there puggies. I hopes all of you are keeping warm and toasty because it's cold out there! Our weather got really cold on Sunday. Of course, when Mom should have been cooking us lots of warm food for our tummies, she was out driving around taking some pug named Pugsley to Georgia.

What's that LuLu? Oh, he was a rescue? Well, I guess that's OK.

Mom says Pugsley is a cute older gentlepug whose family can't takes the good care of him anymore. She said he's really cute. What do you thinks?

She also said he remindeds her of me. He had a teddy bear that he hugged and chewed on all the way to Georgia!

Don't you worries about Pugsley though. The good people at SEPRA are gonna take great care of him and he even gets to go lives with LuLu's foster mom. Hmmm, wonder why Mom didn't take LuLu too...

Anyways, when Mom finally gots back to us she said she got home just in time. Right after she got in we gots rain that was frozen! It did that for a long time. Then it snowed!

The next day there was snow and ice all overs the place! Mom even gots to stay home with us because the roads were so bad. That means she kept trying to get us to go outside and play in all that cold stuff.

Um, can't you see how cold it is?

Seriously, my footsies are freezing! Take me in now!

LuLu wouldn't leave the porch, and when she finally did she found another porch to hide on.

Finally Mom let us do what we wanted. Snuggle!

We's hoping you all are keeping warm and your peoples don't make you go out in that cold, white stuffs.

P.S. We's not gonna be around next week 'cause we's being abandoneded. Maybe Mom will fill you in if she ever comes back to get us from our grandpawrents.

Tallulah Tuesday: LuLu's First Christmas

Hey there everypuggie. I hope everyone had a really good Christmas and that your New Year is off to a great start!

This was my first Christmas (in my furever home) and oh, pug was it fun! Santa Paws came early since he knew me and Tubby were going to stay with our Grandpawents Christmas Eve. He brought us lots of treats and some toys!

I have some video evidence that Tubby took my stocking and stole my treats. Enjoy!

Finally! A New Blog Post!

Hey there puggies and peoples. I know it's been a long time since we's blogged anything. Mom was "busy" and didn't have times for us puggies. Luckily she got finished with her big project just before the SPCA stepped in.

Since it's been so long, I's gonna try and update you on just the big stuffs. Today we'll talk about our Thanksgiving and the rest of last month.

Mom packed us up in the car and took us to our Grandpawents' house for the big turkey day. LuLu had never been there before, so she was super-excited for about the first hour of the four-hour car ride. I kept tellings her to just go to sleep but she kept looking into the front of the car saying "Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

Finally Mom let her sit up front and that calmed her down. A little.

I stayed in the back - me and Tiger slept as much as we could.

We hads lots of fun with our grandpawents and our uncle. The peoples had a turducken instead of just a plain old turkey. That's when a turkey has a duck in it and the duck has a chicken in it. Me and LuLu had bites of it and it was yummy!

After we got back home LuLu got a package in the mail from Emmitt and his Mom. I smelled it and got really exciteds but there wasn't anything for me. Can you believes it? I's so neglected!

This is what the LuLu got. It's a sweater vest. Yeah, yeah. She's sooo cute.

LuLu also got a new collar from Generation Dog. She says I already haves two Christmas collars, but I still says I's neglected.

I hopes you's all having good holidays. We's gonna try to update you more tomorrow. We's had lots of adventures since Mom stopped working all the time!
