Will & Grace

Ok. I's gettin ready to show you some more pictures from Pugfest. But, first I's gonna tell you a little story. Ok, Mom is going to tell it.

There are two pugs named Will and Grace. Will and Grace were found wandering on the side of a road, covered in mud with no hair (demodox mange) and Will had an awful eye injury. There are two "before" pictures and I'm going to show you the better of the two. Brace yourselves, it's not pretty.

SEPRA took them in, got them treatment and started them on their road to recovery. When found they were a little over 5 months old and only weighed 4 and 6 lbs. (Grace being the smaller of the two). Well, they were at Pugfest and I was so happy to see how well they are doing. Here are some pictures and a video.

Here are Will and Grace (Will was very hard to get a picture of because he was so active!)

Cute little Grace
See how cute, alert and active they are!?!?!

Please read their entire story. I think they will make wonderful additions to someone's home.

OMD!!!!!Calm down Mommy...sorry...she really wants to get me a sibling & Daddy says it's okay but we have to wait until we move to our new home in febuary, so even though she really wants those puggies, don't tell her. Daddy says she can get two more because we are going to have a very big yard but my mommy has time to wait. But you know, what about me? I don't want to share my Mommy's love! So glad you had fun at pug fest!

I'm back! I just went to the SERPA site and read their whole story - what a MIRACLE that a SERPA volunteer was driving down that road and found them! I think that God has special doggie-angels that watch over dogs in need like Will and Grace. I know this isn't everyone's belief, but these are the kind of stories that make me think "yes! there is a God, and yes! he cares for all his creatures - great and small."

I'm pretty sure they are still in the "special needs" area but hopefully will be available for adoption soon.

That's the stuff that makes me CRAZY and that's the reason I will continue to work on spreading the word about the importance of rescue and NOT buying a puppy from a pet store or puppymill!

Thank God for all rescue angels everywhere!

OMG, what a story. Mom said if she didn't have us she would adopt them. But we are so far away. We hope that someone looks at them and falls in love and takes them into their forever home very soon.
Thank God for SEPRA and that volunteer. Mom has some bad words to say about their old "owners".
