Midi Monday

It's Midi Monday but we have sad news to report. Midi T. Kitty crossed the rainbow bridge some time last night/early this morning. As many of you know, her health had been declining due to a hyperactive thyroid. I consider myself very lucky to have shared almost 15 years of my life with her, and privileged that she chose me to share hers. She was my baby, my heart, my light on the darkest of days and my best friend. I will miss her terribly.

Rest in peace, my sweet Midi Kitty. I will love you forever.

I am so, so, so sad to hear that Midi is gone. I am going through the loss of my childhood dog who left us last week at the age of 16, and oh man it's just so heart breaking - I feel for you so much. RIP Midi :'(

Don't really have the words that seem appropriate for your heartbreak. I know how dear your Midi was to you.

Wishing I was close enough to be more helpful, but know that you're on my heart.

Love,
Kelly & Pearlie Poo

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about Midi! At least you have many and great memories of her! I think she knew it was okay for her to move on to her new life, that you and your Mom would be okay, now that you both have a new lil girl to be a loving companion. Tell your new sister that she has big shoes to fill. I'll be thinking of you all.

Harry, momma and I have been thinking about you guys non stop.

If we lived closer, we'd come scoop up you puggies and babysit y'all. We'd bring your momma a nice bottle of wine and a big hug too.

How are things going with your new sissy? Your momma is dealing with a lot right now and I am just worried about her. I hope you understand that she is really sad and needs you two to behave. I really wish we were close enough to help.

Write me back when you get a chance, sweetie pie. You're on my mind.

xoxo

Hi there,

I found out about Midi from Salinger the Pug, and just wanted to drop a note to say that we're all real sad to hear about Midi. My Humans have a few pets who are over on that side of the rainbow bridge, and I think they'll all be playing together now.

Take care,

Sonic

I am so sorry to hear this sad news. Midi was not only a cool cat, but had an awesome name. I do believe we will all be reconnected with our beloveds one day. What a good day it will be. Thinking of you and sending you hugs.

Oh, Heather - I'm so sorry to hear about Midi. And so sorry that I did not see this sooner. Midi lived a long and good life with you and Harry, and the sadness of being a pet owner is that animals are so much better than us and they live life so much more fully than we do that they have to leave us sooner. They set examples for us on how to love without judgment, live every day to the fullest and sometimes to sit back and just enjoy the sunshine on your fur.
I know you have a million wonderful memories of Midi. Let those comfort you and over time, the loss of her presence will be replaced with the joy of her memory.
Lots of love, licks and snort.
